My name is Nikki, and I’m a seller.
With over a decade of experience in tech sales, I've navigated the highs and lows of the industry. Mastering both the art and the science of sales. And while there are a lot of gurus talking about the science of selling, no one seems to be talking about a sellers mindset and the power it has to effect our bottom line and quality of life.
My journey into mindfulness came out of sheer desperation. After years of being the #1 seller on my team (literally) - I hit a few bad breaks, which snowballed into an all time low. I wasn't sleeping, everything felt impossible, all of my deals were falling apart, and I started to panic.
Once I started putting my Mindset in Sales framework into practice, everything began to change - quickly! I got my mojo back, I fell back in love with my profession, and the deals started flowing (and closing). All was right in the world - thank the baby lord jesus!
Being an open book, I started sharing my story on LinkedIn and surprisingly - I wasn’t alone! Turns out many high-achieving professionals were feeling the same way.
I’m not about gatekeeping - so I’m on a mission to show every seller how to not just survive a career in sales, but absolutely thrive; how to sustain years in the business while enjoying a quality of life as robust as our paychecks.
